1. Photograph at Westminster of the starting line of the London to Brighton Race on 3 April 1920. E C Horton, Surrey Walking Club, can be seen, as well as T Payne, North Shields Poly, F T Lock, Ashcombe A C, and H V L Ross, Herne Hill Harriers. H V L Ross won, E C Horton, Surrey W C, came 2nd and E Parslow, Surrey Walking Club, came third.140x190mm.

4. Photograph of a walker and his female support cyclist during the 1920 London to Brighton Walking Race. This walker can also be seen in the photograph of the starting line at Westminster. The motor bus in the background has a banner with ‘POLYTECHNIC ECCENTRIC CLUB, BRIGHTON WALK’ AND 'CHALK FARM GARAGE' printed on it. 140x190mm. Food was served from the motor bus. The Eccentric Club are thanked in the Polytechnic Magazine for providing funds and the ‘beds and bedding’ used in the Polytechnic’s Fyvie Hall that had been commandeered for the athletes.
