Scope and content

Letter from F C Lunn, Secretary of the Men's OMA to Committee members informing them that the Ladies' OMA have had another Committee meeting and have decided not to recommend to their members the suggested amalgamation of the two OMAs; therefore he is cancelling the Men's planned extraordinary meeting to discuss the issue. Attached is a handwritten note reporting that at the AGM of the Ladies Section on 13 November 1948 it was proposed and approved by a majority vote that the Men's section should be approached with a view to forming one OMA.
