Item CPH/54 - 计划生育政策 [Family Planning Policy]

The poster is the second page of series 1 of the Population and Family Planning Comic (6 in total). It contains a comic story named "the light of the nation, the light of hope" (co-created by Wang Fuyang and Xu Jin). The scenarios in this story include (but are not limited to) prenatal health checks at the hospital, that couples are being informed that marriages in the proximity of blood are forbidden by the law at a marriage inquiry desk, and soldiers and veteran cadres are educating and promoting the importance and benefits of implementing the family planning policy to the public. This comic series is published by Beijing Children's Art Association, Beijing Family Planning Publicity and Education Centre, and Beijing Family Planning Association.

本海报属于《人口与计划生育系列漫画》的系列一（计划生育政策）（共6个系列）的第二页。本海报包含一则名为《民族之光 希望之光》的漫画（由王复羊和徐进共同制作）。漫画当中的情境包括（但不仅限于）在医院产前检查的情侣、在结婚咨询处被通知近亲不能结婚的情侣以及向广大群众教育并宣扬实行计划生育的重要性的军人和老干部。本系列漫画由北京市少儿美协、北京市计生宣教中心以及北京市计生协负责出版。
