Flying helmet made from a soft, light brown, chrome leather with a small, turn peak at the front. Helmet is shaped around the face, sitting just above the eyebrows and covering the ears. Over each ear there is a flap with a popper fastening that would have enabled communications equipment to be worn. The inside of the helmet is lined in a brown and cream plaid pattern, cotton fabric.
