Focuses on the opening of the 'Polytechnic Extension' [Little Titchfield Street]. Images show the outside of the completed building in 1929. Other reports focuses on the Queens visit to the building. Images show the Queen greeting the Lord of Marylebone and the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress.
