Licence as to the Polytechnic Institution, 307, 309, 311 Regent Street from the Howard de Walden Marylebone Estate, allowing the Lessees (JEK Studd and the Viscount Hailsham) to use or permit to be used the portion of 307 Regent Street which is now used as a Cinema for the purpose giving high class Cinematograph and other entertainments: for public concerts and lectures and in connection with bazaars; to use a portion as an unlicensed restaurant; to use on the premises machinery in connection with engineering and other classes and in connection with 'heating swimming bath filtration plan ventilation and other cold storage'; to allow meetings, lectures and entertainments in connection with the work of the Polytechnic Institute and the Polytechnic Touring Association limited.
Conditions include - that no alcohol is sold, that no nuisance is cause, that no vibration is felt outside from the machinery, that no advertisements be placed outside.
