Draft Deed of Settlement between the several persons whose names are hereunder subscribed and seals affixed of the first part and Sir George Cayley of Brompton House, County of York, Renn Hampden of Gloucester Place, Middlesex and William Carpenter Rowe of Pump Court, Temple (who being co-partners in the Institute intended to be hereby formed are also parties of the 1st part) of the 2nd part. Annotations in ink and pencil in several hands. Front cover is annotated with various semi-legible instructions from the solicitors.
