            This suit, made from polyester and nylon, is equipped with a hose connector that attaches to the aircraft’s anti-G system, allowing it to inflate and deflate a series of internal air bladders along the abdomen and legs. When inflated, these bladders apply pressure to the abdomen and legs, tightening the fabric around the sides and back of the legs to counteract the effects of G-forces. A manufacturer’s label with Chinese characters and a date in Western Arabic numerals is located inside the right shoulder.

            The MK31 life preserver features a large collar housing an orange rubber bladder, or stole, which inflates via a CO2 cylinder to serve as a flotation device. Constructed from flame-resistant material, it includes multiple pockets designed for storing essential survival gear. The preserver is equipped with a whistle, a heliograph mirror for signalling the wearer’s location, and an inflation tube for manual reinflation of the bladder if needed.

            Silver-coloured trousers made from aluminised fabric, featuring integral braces. The trousers have a belt threaded through a channel at the waist, fastening with a metal locking clip, while the back waist is elasticated for comfort. There are two large reinforced patches on the knees and rectangular bellow pockets with flaps on each outer thigh.             Oversized orange high-visibility sleeveless jacket featuring a drawstring hem and hood. The lining is quilted, and a Burberry-branded Jacquard weave is incorporated. The front has a wide collar and two straight flapped bellow pockets, each secured with two 'Burberry' black metal snap fastenings. The centre front fastens with a black plastic YKK zip, concealed by a five-snap button stand. The hem has a drawstring with rubber toggles embossed with 'Burberry'. The back of the jacket mirrors the high-visibility design of railway jackets, and the drawstring hood can be folded into an elasticated collar seam.

            Extreme Cold Weather Face Mask

            Padded face mask made of olive drab green vinyl with cotton lining and head straps. The mask is a rounded oblong shape designed to cover the whole face. It has cutouts for the eyes, nose and mouth. Over the nose and mouth are tabs that can be fastened with press studs. The mouth closure also has breathing holes. It is shaped under the chin and has a throat protector. The head straps attach at five points around the mask and can be adjusted with buckles.             Short vest in a green polyester fabric. Vest has a front fastening which is concealed under a storm flap; has a high collar and no sleeves. At the front there is a rubber patch on either side of the chest and a rectangular, map pocket with a flap beneath this at either side of the opening. At the side seams, there are laces.             Navy blue Gore-Tex fabric air crew aviation overall with integral socks. It is made of a three layer laminate of synthetic outer face, Gore-Tex PTFE membrane and synthetic inner knit. It fastens centre front with a heavy-duty J-shape entry zip. It has been adapted with a post manufacture upgrade from Latex to Neoprene neck and wrist seals (all uncut). This upgrade was completed by the original equipment manufacturer. It has a stand collar with integral Hi-Viz. foldaway hood and boldaway, tethered Neoprene gloves. It has multiple storage pockets located on arms, chest, upper and lower leg areas (velcro or zip secured) and epaulette shoulder tabs.

            MK1 Dispatch Riders helmet made by BMB [Briggs Motor Bodies] of Dagenham. Metal shell which has extensive all-over rust. Cream cotton canvas webbing liner straps with padded coarse wool felt liner for additional stability. Tan leather support inside the crown and dark brown leather ear flaps and support at the back of the head which are lined in beige wool flannel with two cream wool felt pieces to cover the ears. This is adjustable by lacing via eight metal eyelet holes with separate black cotton lace. The thin leather chin strap fastens with a metal buckle and is broken away from the right ear flap.

            White PVC Bike Helmet with Castrol England transfer on front. Helmet has a peak on front, and curved seamlines across top scull. Helmet is padded with corkboard with a layer of foam. It secures with a strap across two side and one back flap. The side flaps are secured to the back flap with a buckle on each side. Helmet has adustable pull chord around top of sweatband. THe inner of the hat has two crossing lengths of cotton tape for suspension from the top of the skull
