Correspondence of the Hon Secretary George T Birks, covering 1963-1966; regarding membership; Annual General Meeting 1963, including Hon Secretary's report; competitions and trophies; correspondence with Quintin McGarel Hogg and J E Richardson on threats to funding of the society, including material on the history of the club and its position within the Polytechnic, and with J Edmundson on facilities and subscriptions.
