Metal Medal with enamel. Lapel pin in colours of Belgian flag and initials 'LVB' and 'PWB' Comite. Pendant with central armorial shield and six enamel colours blocks around the edge. There are also the following initials: 'UCI' standing for the Union Cycliste International, the federal body of national cycling unions and 'RLVB -KBWB' which stand for the Royal Belgian Cycling League (in Dutch and French variations) which is the Belgian national organisation for cycling.
