V-neck, sleeveless jumper which has been hand knitted in a variegated green wool giving a marle effect. The neck and sleeves are ribbed and the ribbing has been knitted double width then folded back on itself and hand stitched at the seam. The hem of the garment is not ribbed but has been turned up. Tunic shirt in light blue heavy cotton with darker blue woven stripe, a turn down collar which has a slight concave curve to the edge. Shirt has a half button front; pulling on over the head and fastening with four mother of pearl buttons. Each cuff also fastens with a single mother of pearl button. Hemline of the shirt is longer at the back than the front and has a split at each side. Shirt is pale blue with a darker blue pinstripe. Berger & Regarche

Single breasted, two button fastening tailored jacket with horizontal jetted flap pockets at the hips and a welted slanted pocket to the left chest. It is and made from a light weight viscose and linen mix fabric woven in a blue and beige fine check with crisscrossing vertical and horizontal stripes. It has a long notched lapel with button hole in the left side and a deep V opening created by the low buttoning point. No back vents and the cuff vents have three buttons with no buttonholes. Single breasted, dark blue one button tailored jacket with multicoloured printed trim around collar, lapels and cuffs. The trim print design is a geometric fractured stripe in black with panels of shades of green, blue, pink, red white and yellow. There is a breast pocket on the left side and angled jetted flap pockets at the waist (sewn shut). The body is lined in black twill fabric with a pink piped trim, the sleeves are lined in white and black striped fabric. There are three internal pockets: two jetted, button fastening breast pockets and one smaller jetted pocket at the waist. The jacket fastens at the front with a single metal dome shaped brass-coloured button embossed with the letters 'MW.' Identical buttons are found on the cuffs, four on each side. Matthew Williamson

Flying helmet made from a soft, brown, chrome leather. Helmet is shaped around the face, sitting just above the eyebrows and covers the ears. There is a chin strap with a metal buckle fastening and a three-popper flap over each ear to allow the wearing of communications equipment. Flying helmet made from a cream cotton / canvas fabric. Helmet is shaped around the face and has a chin strap with a buckle fastening. A further two buckles can be found on the crown of the head and there is a flap with a three popper fastening over each ear to allow communications equipment to be worn. There is padding underneath these flaps and the helmet is still fitted with the original gosport tubes receiver [communications equipment ear pieces] at the ears [the tubes are missing]. At the reverse of the helmet there is a v shaped split, about 4cm in depth and above this there is a small strap and popper to hold equipment in place. Brown polyamide jacket. Jacket is front fastening via a concealed zip which is covered by poppers on a storm flap, with velcro at the top of the zip giving a high neck when fastened. At the front of the jacket are four, large patch pockets with flaps that fasten via strips of velcro. Pockets can also be found on the arms and at the reverse. The cuff of each sleeve fastens with velcro and there are clips at each side seam. At the reverse there is a hood and a storm flap just below the waist. C.P. Company
