The poster contains a group of people of different colours and professions looking at the centre - a globe with three people of different colours on it, surrounded by "population" written in Chinese, English, Russian, and Spanish. There is a short article about how important it is to implement the population policy for the nation and each individual, and there is according pinyin under the Chinese title of the poster [RENKOU JIAOYU GUATU]. The poster is compiled by the Jiangsu Institute of Education and Jiangsu Audio-Visual Education Service and published by People's Education Press.

本海报刻画着不同肤色、有着不同职业的人群集体看向中心。在海报的中心画着一个由不同肤色人种组成的地球，围绕着地球的是中文、西班牙语、俄语的 “人口”。在海报上有一篇关于执行国家人口政策对于国家和个人的重要性的短文。在海报中文标题底端写着相对应的拼音。本海报由江苏教育学院和江苏省电化教育馆编绘，由人民教育出版社出版。
