'Our Mr Davidson is to be in London on Monday July 1st and he would like to meet you at our London office, 186 Fleet Street, at 3 o'clock afternoon on that day.
I hope you will be able to meet him and that something profitable will result from the interview. I have been hoping for a long time to get an opening instalment from you. Perhaps it is too much to expect before the end of the present month but if it were to come I would make and effort to have it considered in time for the meeting between you and Mr Davidson.
