System of arrangement
The series has been kept in the order it was received. Many of the documents are hole-punched as if previously filed in a ring-bound folder, therefore the chronological sequence in which the documents were received into the Archive has been retained. Documents which are not hole-punched have been kept separate from the sequence.
During cataloguing by the Archivist, it was discovered that some letters are missing from the collection and therefore have been excluded from the catalogue listing.
