'We have an idea that we might in the near future be able to use again 'The Girl He Thought He Married' by Mr H. J. Allingham. You may remember that we bought this from you in 1923 and in 1928 we acquired the sixpenny and under book rights. I shall be glad to know whether the story has appeared anywhere else than with ourselves, as this would naturally weigh with us in considering another use.'
