I got your letter in which you seemed a bit uncertain whether you could do it or not. I shall be terribly disappointed, however, if you don’t, so do try and fit me in, will you please?
Meantime, have you any story that you think would be suitable for HOME COMPANION? If so, would you send it on to me to look at.'
