'The two vols rec'd with thanks. I note what you say in your letters and must leave - for a long chat - the whole business of Publishing as for its 'worrying' me, do not think that is possible. I have read the 'Captain's Fag' and 'A Regular Duffer' also 'Max' of course; all are first rate and will sell if properly produced. I want to see Mr. Blogg when next in Gough Sq. and will write him for appointment shortly. All MSS I will bring with me.'
PS ‘I am already in touch with American Publishers and a first large parcel reaches me next week. Must chat of these when we meet.’
