Penneys was founded by Arthur Ryan in Dublin, Ireland in 1969. Penneys trades as Primark outside of Ireland because the name is owned elsewhere by American retailer J. C. Penney. The first UK Primark store opened in Derby in 1973, with the first store in mainland Europe opening in Madrid in 2006 and the first American store opening in Boston in 2015.

Nylon cross body / bum bag in a mid blue with the Greggs logo repeated in a diagonal design. Bag has a zipped compartment at the front with rubber zip pull displaying the Greggs logo. At either end of the bag are small, horizontal, in-seam pockets that can be secured using adjustable toggles. The bag has an adjustable, black, nylon strap with a clip fastening that allows that bag to be worn multiple ways.
