            Volume of minutes of committee meetings and Annual General Meetings containing: lists of those present; Hon Secretary's reports; summary of Treasurer's reports; reports from subcommittees and discussions on membership; instructors; finances; prizes and competitions; rules; relations with the Polytechnic, the Amateur Fencing Association and other clubs; events including annual supper, lectures, fêtes and fencing displays. Notable meetings include Wednesday 6th December 1939, when the decision was made to award the committee emergency powers for the duration of WW2. No further meetings are recorded until Friday 12th July 1946, though an inserted Hon Secretary's report covers the impact of the war, the decision to suspend the club following the fall of France and the re-formation of the club at the end of the war. Also includes inserted agendas, copies of the society rules, excerpts form the Polytechnic Magazine and flyers from events.
