The jacket is made of dark blue waterproof nylon and comes to just below the waist with a large hood. The front of the jacket is fastened with both a zip and Velcro weather flap. It is made of two layers, with air trapped between the two designed to keep the wearer warm. The jacket has two pockets, both of which have a large Velcro flap. The hood has a large peak, and two crossing adjustment straps that can be tightened to create a tight seal against the top of the head. These straps are secured with four metal slide buckles. The face of the hood has a large foam-padded mask that goes around the face and across the mouth to keep out the wind and rain, with four holes breathing holes. Made by 'R.F.D.' [R.F.D. Ltd].

Forest green wool facecloth vest or waistcoat with green cotton sateen back and gold metal thread work looped lacing and Austrian knot work. It has a deep curved neckline which is edged in gold coloured pointed glass beads. It closes centre front with 5 pairs of black japanned metal hooks and eyes which alternate. Lined in cream cotton and with a green cotton sateen back strap with black japanned two prong metal buckle with 'BRITISH' engraved into it. There is a name stamped in black ink on the lining 'J. S. Philips' and handwritten in green pencil 'R S M GRAHAM'.

Single breasted tunic made from a red, felted wool. The tunic has a small standing collar with a hook and eye fastening; and is made from a reinforced felt, trimmed with gold ribbon. On each side of the collar there gold, domed button which is decorated with a map of the world. Gold braid surrounds these buttons. The tunic is front fastening via eight, ornate, gold domed buttons, each of which have a different design [including Royal Corps of Signals; Royal Engineers; Royal Army Ordinance Corps; Royal Army Medical Corps; Royal Munster Fusiliers]. The tunic is lightly tailored with slight flaring of the short skirts. the buttons stop at the waist seam which runs the circumference of the tunic. The chest panel is slightly quilted to give a rounded shape. The tunic has long sleeves with a mariner’s cuff that features a black slash, edged in white piping. The cuff has three, gold, domed buttons decorated with the words 'Royal Marines Light Infantry' and a crest with an anchor and crown. The cuffs has faux buttonholes are outlined with gold ribbon. At the reverse there is also a metal hook on the waistband which would have been used to hold a type of pouch known as a sabretache. There are also six slightly smaller, gold domed buttons, embellished with the Royal Marines Light Infantry crest and white piping in the same style as the cuffs. Inside, the tunic is lined.

United States Army
Parka style military jacket with a splinter camouflage patterns in various greens. Jacket has a high neck and fastens at the front with the fastening concealed under a storm flap. At the front there are four patch pockets with flaps; two at the chest and two at the waist. On each shoulder there is a strap with a button fastening. At the reverse, there is a seam across the back that runs from armpit to armpit and the waist is elasticated.
Bulgarian Army
Short vest in a green polyester fabric. Vest has a front fastening which is concealed under a storm flap; has a high collar and no sleeves. At the front there is a rubber patch on either side of the chest and a rectangular, map pocket with a flap beneath this at either side of the opening. At the side seams, there are laces. At the back is printed the letters AAA.

Waterproof smock jacket in a disruptive camouflage pattern in a various greens and browns. Jacket is centre fastening via a zip with a Velcro fastening storm flap. At the chest there is a flap pocket with a Velcro fastening on either side of the opening. There is also Velcro fastening at the wrist cuffs. The jacket has a hood with a drawstring and toggle. There is also a drawstring at the hem. There is a PVC interior to the jacket and there are yellow markings on reverse of the left arm.

There are four patch pockets with flaps at the front of the jacket; two at the chest and two at the waist. There are tab fastenings at the cuffs with two buttons, allowing the tabs to be adjusted.

Military jacket in a khaki green cotton mix fabric. The jacket is front fastening via five buttons and has a drawstring waist. There is a turn down collar with two cloth badges decorated with a crown and eagle. There is a large pocket with a button down flap on each side of the waist at the front. These expand so that bulky items might be stored in them. There are button tabs to the cuffs of each sleeve so that they can be adjusted.
