A sewn on light blue badge with 'Guard' in silver thread is on the left chest and badges with two bars in silver thread are on each cuff. Lined in light blue polyester.

Single breasted sleeved waistcoat (part of a suit of waistcoat and trousers) in grey wool with six small black plastic shank buttons to the front. It has a turn down lapel at the front and no collar. There are two matched pairs of horizontal jetted inset pockets on either side of the centre front. The sleeves are made of heavy duty grey cotton grey with a red pinstripe and have dark grey cuffs. It is lined in black synthetic material. The back of the waistcoat is longer than the front and there are small vents in each side seam. It has the original factory label to inside front of the waistcoat with measurements and sticker with date stamp 'Apr 80'.
