            Dark blue wool serge bell bottom sailor trousers with blue and white striped cotton linking around the inside waist. The name 'E. F. ELLIOTT' has been stencilled on in black ink in two places, one of which has been embroidered over in scarlet thread. The trousers fasten with a fall front - flaps and buttons. The first layer consists of two flaps that come in and fasten together on the front of the trousers, these include a small pocket for the wearer to store a watch or pocket handkerchief. This layer is covered with a second fall flap that folded up and down. This being secured with four black buttons at the waist. The trouser legs measure between 12"-13" at the knee and between 12"-14" at the ankle.

            Royal Navy Second World War uniform made up of three pieces - the white short sleeve tunic, the collar and the navy wool jumper. The collar is blue denim with a white and blue stripe trim around the edge and is backed in white and blue cotton. It has long ties to attach around the wearer's chest. It has 'P. R. Prosser' (owner's name) printed on the rear side. The white tunic has a square neck and short sleeves. The serge wool jumper is the top layer with a deep V-neck to accommodate the collar.

            Royal Navy issue PCS (personal clothing system) navy warm weather jacket with fire retardant coating. It resembles a shirt due to being so lightweight. It fastens with a centre front zip and velcro secured baffle and has two breast pockets that are secured with velcro tabs. It has wide straight sleeves so they can be easily rolled up with two buttons at each cuff to adjust when worn down. It has the White ensign flag patch on the left sleeve, an iconic symbol of British seapower. A black and gold submariner's dolphin crest patch is sewn above the owner's name 'Reed' embroidered in white on the left breast.

            Front fastening, white trousers made from a heavy, cotton drill fabric. The trousers have a metal zip fly leading to a double button fastening at the waist. The waistband has belt loops and adjustable buckles at either side of the waist so that the trousers may sit more tightly if required. Angled, welted pockets can be found at each hip and a single, button fastened, welted pocket is located at the back on the right side.             Front fastening, white trousers made from a heavy, cotton drill fabric. Trousers have a button fly with four plastic buttons leading to a double hook and bar fastening at the waist. On each side of the waistband, at each hip, are tabs that can be adjusted using buckles to make the trousers tighter. These then fasten in place with a button. On the inside of the waistband are six plastic buttons to which braces can be attached. At the front of the trousers, there is a dart on each side between the fly and the pocket.             Brown work uniform chore jacket with left breast patch pocket with velcro flap and the Whitbread tankard logo patch badge sewn on. There is a Whitbread patch badge in burgundy with yellow logo text sewn on above the pocket. There are two welt pockets on the front. There is a concealed button stand with three buttons and deep black cuffs have been added to both sleeves.
