            Pair of light beige cotton twill trousers with low cut waist and long belt loops. They have two patch pockets over the hips with wide curved edged flaps. They fasten with a silver coloured metal press stud and Aero zip fly. There are two belt loops at the front, two on the side and two at the centre back. Unworn deadstock the trousers have their original cardboard label attached.

            Straight legged jeans in a mid blue coloured denim with contrasting cream / brown topstitching. Jeans fasten at the front via a button fly comprising of three, silver shank buttons and a larger silver, stud button at the waistband. There are three pockets to the front, one curved on each side of the fly with the right pocket containing a smaller coin pocket. At the rear there are two patch pockets with horizontal contrast stitching in a cream / brown coloured thread across the centre. Clipped through the right pocket is a metal stud, displaying the Armani logo [a stylised eagle with the letters GA]. A leather label, displaying the words 'Armani Jeans' and a the letters A and J inside red circles, is stitched onto the waistband at the back on on the right side.             Naturally aged, straight leg jeans in a mid blue colour with contrast stitching. The jeans have five pockets; two curved pockets at the front, with a small coin pocket inside the right pocket; and two pockets at the back. The pockets have been secured with brass rivets.             Grey green fulled wool trousers with high waist buttons for braces and backstrap which fastens with a black metal two-prong buckle. The trousers fasten centre front with a four button fly. The buttons are grey plastic. The top button of the fly on the waistband and the eight buttons for braces are made of a silver coloured metal, possibly aluminium. The trousers have slanted pockets at the front hips which fasten with grey plastic buttons with an additional smaller slit pocket on the right front side. The backstrap tabs are sewn into the side seams and have a loop on each side to thread through. There is a deep V opening in the centre back of the waist. The pocket linings and waist lining are white cotton and there is a hanging loop at the centre back waist. Appear unworn. Braces - 2017.277.2 - attached. Size 52. Care label in German.             Trousers made of lightweight cotton printed with a camouflage pattern in shades of olive green and brown (ERDL pattern?). Fly closure centre front with silver metal 'TEE' zip and plastic olive green button. Five belt loops on waistband and tabs on the back side waist with two buttons for fit. Inside waistband lined in white cotton twill weave drill. Two pockets on the front with angled side openings and two patch pockets at rear, the left pocket closing with a plastic olive green button. The right has no button or button hole. There are inconsistencies in the printing of the camouflage pattern with overprinting and 'shadowing' of the design.

            Shorts in a hard wearing cream / light brown cotton fabric. Shorts are front fastening via a button fly comprising of four metal stud buttons. At the waist, there are five belt loops on the waistband so a belt can be worn. Vertical, in seam pockets are found at waist level on each of the side seams. At the back, there are no back pockets. There is a shaped seam that runs from each side seam to a v shaped point which sits behind the belt loop at the centre of the waistband at the back of the shorts. The bottom of the right leg of the shorts has been cut off and is frayed. The crotch of the shorts have been repaired, with stitching visible. Bukta

            High waisted shorts in a khaki coloured cotton fabric. Shorts are front fastening via a button fly which contains five grey, plastic buttons on a concealed button placket. The left side of the waistband has an extended tab with a hook at the end that fastens onto a loop on the right side of the waistband. An additional, concealed grey, plastic button can be found on the reverse of the left side of the waistband and fastens through a button hole on the right. Adjustable tabs can be found at either side of the waistband and can be tightened for added security. On either side of the fly are two 20cm pleats that run vertically from the base of the waistband. At the waist, are two, vertical, in seam pockets. On the reverse of the shorts is a single jetted pocket. There is a button on the inside of the pocket that fastens through a button hole which sits just below the lower edge of the pocket. At the back, halfway between the centre and side seams on each side, there is a 13cm dart which runs vertically from the base of the waistband. British Army

            Straight leg uniform trousers in a lightweight, white cotton drill fabric. The trousers fasten at the front with a zip fly leading to a single popper at the waistband. There is an angled pocket at each hip but no back pockets or belt loops. A dart sits on either side of the centre back seam. The letters 'HH' are stamped in red on the outside of the waistband on the right and a Blue prison logo is stamped on the inside seat of trousers, displaying the letters PD inside a circle with a crown sitting above.             Workwear trousers in a pale grey cotton drill fabric. Trousers are front fastening via four black, plastic buttons; three on a concealed button placket and an additional button at the waist. A further six buttons are found on the waistband at regular intervals to enable braces to be worn. Angled pockets are found on either side of the waist and there is a single patch pocket at the back of the trousers on the right side. Topstitching is used to add detailing around the pockets and waistband. The trousers have been extensively worn and have been darned in places. Stitching at the hem of each trouser leg indicates that the trousers have been turned up at some point. The trousers are unlined. Unknown
