              Black wool dress suit or evening wear trousers - part of a suit. They have a narrow line of black rayon braid down the outside of each leg. They fasten centre front with a button fly and have buttons at the waistband for braces. The inside waistband is lined in cream rayon and the pocket bags are cream cotton. There is evidence of wear and staining to the pocket bags and around the bottom of the cuffs inside the hem.               High waisted tailored trousers with double pleats. Fly fastens with five hidden buttons, and centre front closes with a hidden button and hook and bar. Both fly facings are seamed to make complete piece. Each side seam has a hidden pocket. There are four buttons on the front and two on the back for braces buttoning. The back right has a single welt pocket and button. The left side has a strip of stitching remaining from a label. Trousers have a wide turn up hem. The inside seams are raw.               Navy crew neck long sleeved merino wool top with black V circle logos on both elbows. It has neat narrow twin needle stitch at the neckline and a slightly wider twin needle around the cuffs and hem, where a soft bulked thread has been used for the overlock stitch to accommodate the stretch of the merino.

              Dark green pinstripe wool flared trousers. They have a zip fastening and are secured with two hook and bars. The trousers have two single welt pockets that sit horizontally under the waistband and a jetted pocket on the back right pocket secured with a button. The waistband has curved adjustable buttoned tabs positioned at the side seams. The back seam has been let out 2cm to allow for a wider fit at the waist. The waistband is finished with a tailored facing and the pocket bags are constructed out of the same white nylon.

              Navy pinstripe trousers are a slim straight cut with flat back and frogmouth front pockets. The waistband and pockets are lined with cream cotton. The trousers fasten with a 'Lightning' zip, (Birmingham makers of zip fasteners) and there is an internal button tab and hook and bar for extra security. There are two back single jetted pockets and button closures. There is a very small vent at the hem of each outer leg and the hems are bound in black viscose.

              Made to measure flat front high waisted trouser in herringbone tweed with leather strips sewn onto each trouser cuff for protection against excessive wear. The front pockets have a step details and there are two back pockets. There is a zip closure and an internal button tab at the waistband. It has eight belt loops.

              Black cotton jean-style trousers with button fly and wide webbing striped in maroon and yellow down each outside leg seam. The cuffs are made of cotton ribbed knit in stripes of maroon, cream and olive green. The trousers have a waistband with five belt loops, two large front inset pockets and one coin pocket on the right side with two patch pockets on the back. They fasten centre front with five copper coloured riveted metal buttons with 'Junior Gaultier' etched onto them and 'COBRA ITALY' on the back. There is a white oval enamelled metal plate on the back right waistband with 'Junior Gaultier' in black on it riveted to the waistband. The pockets have copper coloured metal rivets. Size 46

              Green wool serge trousers. They have a metal zip fly with 'GENERAL' on the pull tab and a metal hook and bar closure at the waistband with 'A-Kau' on each. There is also an extra tab with a button to close the fly. There are two vertical jetted pockets at each hip and two flapped pockets at the rear with buttoning flaps. It has seven belt loops at the waistband. The waistband and pocket linings are cream cotton. A manufacturers label is sewn on to the right back pocket lining and a yellow paper dry cleaning label is stapled to the inside of the fly with '4 / 837' on one side and '+3' on the other. Size 29 Regular.
