Includes a leaflet for the trip with an itinerary and a pen annotation of a price increase; For T1 for exchange of currency; Receipt for currency; Polytechnic Touring Association branded card wallet containing membership cards for Mr AE Hammond and Mrs AE Hammond with details of hotels they will be staying in; Photograph of a tour party comprising eight men and one woman standing alongside a train, annotated on reverse in pencil 'September 1947' and 'Mr Zagandine'; letters from the Polytechnic Touring Association in advance of the trip relating to passports, booking arrangements and currency, and after the trip relating to complaints made by Mr Hammond.
