Large format newsprint brochure, with colour images on the cover and on the central pages. Published by the Polytechnic Touring Association limited. Subtitle: Great news for 1953: Poly Makes your Pound go further: new centres, new routes, new luxury hotels and all the old favourites at popular prices. The cover shows an illustration of people on the terrace of the Lucerne chalets. Throughout the brochure are many black and white images of the destinations, transport and accommodation. In the reverse is a list of travel agents, and the brochure has been stamped 'Roberts Tours Ltd, Silver Street, Stockton-on-Tees.
