Six photographs of a party of 38 members to Croydon Airport where they took a flight in a 38-seater Hengist, then the largest passenger carrying plane in existence. The photographs show the group at the airport (1) and (2); embarking for the flight (3); airborne (4); inflight (5) and arriving safely back (6). All the photographs are signed J C L on the verso with details of the trip.
