Visible in the image are plenty of people out on the beach, to the right is a lady and a gentlemen helping two young girls attempting to ride horses. The writing underneath states 'West beach, Felixstowe. 23727. J.V.' 2. Photograph showing a view of the Bath Hotel in Felixstowe. On 24th of April 1914 the Bath hotel was the victim of a Suffragette militant campaign. The hotel was left in ruins after a fire was started by an incendiary device planted in the East Wing. This image shows the hotel sometime before it was set ablaze. The writing underneath states 'Bath Hotel, Felixstowe 23731. J.V.' 3. Photograph showing apartments in Felixstowe.
