1. Roger Pinkerton (left) and Alex Mineyko (right) competing in a Harriers nine mile cross country championship on the 20th January 1968 at Richmond Park. Alan Joslyn won the race with a time of 44 minutes and 25 seconds, as reported on page 59 of the Polytechnic Magazine's February 1968 edition. J. Maylor took the photograph.
2. M. Pinkerton and P. Wilks (wearing shirt Y 29) at Hornchurch during the Johnstone Relay on the 24th September 1967. Coventry A.C. won the event with a time of 3 hours, 34 minutes and 50 seconds. The Polytechnic Harriers finished in 10th. The Polytechnic Magazine covered the event in their November 1967 edition, on page 408.
