File regarding financial arrangements for the third Poly Arts festival (known as Festival Three or Festival III). The Festival was organised by a committee of the Students Union, headed by Andrzej Michalik. Astbury.
The file includes draft budgets, bank statements and some correspondence with contractors prior to the festival. These include details of advertising and promotional items. The majority of the file relates to requests for payments of invoices after the festival, including correspondence between PCL and the Students Union. It includes letters from performers at the festival discussing responses to their work and the success of their event, as well as a number of recipts and cheques.
