Illustrated with 'Polytechnic Cycling Club, The Red Lion, Hatfield Herts - 125th Anniversary Lunch, 6th April 2003' and drawings of old and modern bicycles on one side. On the other side is a photograph of Quintin Hogg 1845-1903 and the Polytechnic Cycling Club insignia.
