Polytechnic Cycling Club Road Notes, March 1954. Typed pages. Notice on front page from F MAGATTI (Road Secretary) explaining that due to financial and other reasons it has not been possible to produce a Gazette recently. The intention of this publication is not to replace the Gazette, but to give as much up-to-date information as possible on road matters. It is hoped that another issue be produced in 3 months giving Club and open results and another at the end of the season for a record of the year's activities on the road.
