            Double breasted coat made of sheepskin. The outside is a dark tan suede with the cream sheep wool creating the lining. It fastens at the front with eight large tan leather knot buttons and one extra under the right collar. It has two welted and curved pockets at each hip created by an inside patch of sheepskin sewn through to the front. There are two vents at the back. The collar, lapel, pocket, hem and cuff edges of the coat are bound in light brown leather. The cuffs, collar and lapel turn back to show the cream sheep wool. It has a silver coloured metal chain hanging loop at the back of the neck.

            Single breasted long wool tweed coat. The tweed is in a black and white twill pattern with a double line of vertical fine red stripes and a horizontal double line of blue stripes. It has a curved collar and wide long lapel and fastens with three buttons. There are tabs on each cuff which fasten with buttons and a deep centre back vent. It is lined in dark red rayon with a large Aquascutum label at the back of the neck with 'By Appointment to the Prince of Wales 1930-1936'. Aquascutum

            Heavy overcoat in a pale grey wool. Thigh length, the coat is single breasted with notch lapels. The coat fastens at the front via two grey / brown plastic buttons. At each side of the waist there is jetted pocket which is concealed by a deep flap. On each side of the coat, there is a dart that extends down from chest level to the top corner of each pocket flap, closest to the opening. Each arm has two seams, one that runs from collar to cuff and one that runs from armpit to cuff. At each cuff there are three grey / brown buttons which are smaller versions of those found at the front of the coat. At the reverse of the coat, there is a seam that runs vertically down the centre until it meets a vent that extends up from the hem. There is another seam that runs across the shoulders. On either side of the centre seam, there is a seam that runs vertically from the horizontal shoulder seam to the hem. On the inside, the coat is lined with a dark grey silk fabric. On the right side, there is a jetted, chest pockets with a small, grey plastic botton that fastens through a grey silk loop. At chest level on the left side, there is a vertical, in seam pocket where the lining meets the wool outer fabric. Alexander McQueen

            Zip fronted, waist length beige cycling or sports jacket with turn down collar and wide rib knit cuffs. The jacket is made from a lightweight, cotton mix fabric in a beige or light brown colour and is fully lined. YKK metal zip. It has vertical jetted pockets to the front waist with two inner breast pockets. There are two sewn down small vertical pleats to the back panel of the side seams near the waist. Two tabs with buckles on either side of the waist allow the jacket to be adjusted for fit. Lined in grey cream synthetic fabric. Sartor

            Black wool double breasted frock coat with black silk grosgrain lapels and silk woven thread wrapped shank buttons. The black coat cloth is woollen tweed with a rough hairy surface. The silk grosgrain extends over the lapels to the underside, lining the front panels. The rest of the lining to the torso and tails is a lighter weight black silk. It features close parallel lines of quilting under the arms creating a free form spiral effect. There is one pocket in the left chest lining which closes with a silk woven thread shank button and a loop. There are vertical slit pockets in each coat tail. Each cuff has two small silk woven thread wrapped shank buttons with false button holes and there are two larger buttons at the centre back waist seam. The cuff buttons have text stamped into the metal backs. All of the buttons have damage to the edges where the silk threads have worn through, there is some seam stitching coming undone in the silk lining and the centre back of the lining may have been repaired with a vertical line of stitching.

            Red wool flannel blazer or jacket, single breasted with three brass shank buttons. The jacket is trimmed with red grosgrain ribbon around the collar, pockets, cuffs and the bottom hem. The ribbon has two fine black stripes on each edge. The front of the jacket has three patch pockets with two at the hips and one on the right chest. No lining. It has a coat loop at the back of the neck. The shoulder seams have been cut so they angle down the back rather than straight long the shoulder line.

            Jacket made of green moquette or plush pile fabric, probably mohair with curved cutaway fronts. It has a turn down collar and lapel, single breasted fastening with four large gold-coloured metal shank buttons. The buttons are back marked: 'A BROWN & SONS ST MARTINS LANE LONDON'. Hand sewn buttonholes. There are two smaller gold-coloured shank buttons on each sleeve cuff. It has two large flapped pockets with curved edges on each side of the chest and a small slit watch pocket on the right side front waist. Each side of the waist seam has a large flapped pocket which go around from front to back. The centre back has two pleats and a vent to the right from the waist seam to the hem with two gold-coloured metal buttons at the top.

            The jacket is lined in grey and white finely checked tweed wool and the sleeves are lined in striped cotton sateen. There are two very large jetted 'poachers' pockets at the inside waist on the left and right side of the lining, each close with a brown button in the centre. There is an additional pocket to the inside left chest.

            The pocket bags are all made of dark brown grey cotton twill and there is a hanging loop in the back of the neck.

            Boy's brown velvet coat, part of three piece suit in the style of eighteenth century menswear. It has cut steel buttons (corroded) down the front, smaller cut steel buttons at the centre back waist and at the cuffs. There are cream pleated fills at each sleeve cuff and it is lined in brown cotton sateen. Unknown
