Video copy of 18 minute black and white 'Picture Paper' film made by Horizon Unit for the British Council. A documentary film about post-war reconstruction made by Jill Craigie, the photographer / reporter who come to Middlesbrough ('Ironborough') to see and interview the Max Lock Group at work.
