This original unofficial submission consisting of broad outline land use proposals for the whole of the South Shoreditch area in the form of tracing paper overlays showing four tentative schemes resulted after some discussion in the 1971 submission (see 22.33). The implied 'clean sweep' comprehensive redevelopment approach caused concern.
