Stapled exhibition catalogue typescript on coloured paper, listing the judges, titles of works and students; 'Margaret Harker's 'Report on Progress during the Academic Year 1961-1962' mentioning the death of Bernard Studd, new courses, visitng lecturers and staff, scholarships, successes of former students, and appointments secured by graduating students; typescript list of prizewinners.
The file also contains photographs annotated 'Poly Speech Day 1962' but believed to show the opening ceremony and prize giving event. All the photographs have been taken in the Fyvie Hall. They include images of students Prudence Lancaster, Peter Adamson, Richard Greenhill, Ian Young and Margaret Murray.
