Grey jacket featuring a detachable zipped hood with white detailing, including a white waterproof zip and white-taped internal seams. The design incorporates an internal elastic pull across the back, two front invisible zip pockets, and an internal pocket on the left side with an invisible zip. Grey and white striped knitted ribbing is integrated at the front neckline and along the front and side waistband.

A grey knitted ribbing section around the armhole enhances mobility, complemented by two underarm eyelets for ventilation. The three-piece detachable hood includes a face flap that fastens with press studs, a stiff peak, and a white elastic pull cord.

It has a white shield shaped badge on the left chest embroidered in blue thread with a design of three lions and ten red and white Tudor roses. Above the badge is a white embroidered five pointed star. On the right chest is the Umbro double diamond logo embroidered in red thread over an applied '4' in red. Red long-sleeved polyester football shirt or pullover top. It has a high round neck with a sloping neckline and is made up of panels which are seamed in a way designed to allow the shirt to move with the body. On the left chest is a shield-shaped badge in white with an embroidered blue design of three lions. Above the badge is a five-pointed star embroidered in red thread. The right chest has the Umbro double diamond logo in white above a large '10' also in white. Over the top of the back shoulders 'ROONEY' is applied in white and the centre back has a very large '10' applied in white.

Grey long-sleeved pullover top with grey cotton knit rib inserts. The main body of the top is made of grey cotton twill cut into panels and it has two pockets at waist level with vertical slit openings. The neck opening has a triangular-shaped white cotton rib knit section inserted into the centre front. There are grey cotton rib knit inserts on each side of the neck opening, under each arm and across the back at hip level. It has rib knit cuffs. Under each arm are two eyelet holes with white surrounds. All of the seams are taped with white on the inside. Pale grey long-sleeve zip jacket. The cuffs and bottom edge of the jacket are finished with a nylon mesh that has been folded in half and attached. On the sleeves, from the jacket's collar to the elbow, there is a black tape with a white edge and a central, repeating white double-diamond motif. A layer of nylon mesh has been applied on top of this. The centre front of the jacket is closed by a white zipper, and on the upper right chest is a double diamond logo with a dark grey outer diamond, a white inner diamond, and a lighter grey centre. Two horizontal pockets with zip closures are inserted into a curved side panel on the sides of the jacket's front. There are two white eyelets under each arm. The seams inside the jacket are finished with white seam tape applied over the seams, with circular spots of seam tape at the top and bottom of the front pockets and along the seams where the sleeve joins the neck and front body.
