This specific poster includes the first three sections (general principles, recovery, and education), and their 26 items. Next to each item, there are photographs of the everyday lives of different people in different contexts. This law was adopted at the 17th Session of the Standing Committee of the 7th National People's Congress on December 28, 1990.
