The drawing is of brick terraced housing in elevation from 1-12 on "Christmas Terrace", there are horses and people in front of the buildings, to the start of the elevation is Santa holding a sack of presents. Labels included are "Christmas greetings from the Architectural Review at 9 Queen Anne Gate: Westminster. John Bookerville lives at 1 Christmas Terrace, who lives at the other eleven?", and "Christmas greetings from the Architectural Review at 9 Queen Anne Gate: Westminster.
