The plan is of Dursley town in England showing building mass, and ground cover, there are numbers on the plan corresponding with text in the top left corner, there are arrows on the plan possibly showing access or viewpoints. Labels included are "visual enclosure", "pedestrian priority", "complete pedestrian", "hotel", "chapel", "the water tower" and "shops". No people are included.
