A print of an urban plan and elevations, no title included. Printed without colour on white gloss paper. The urban plan is of an area north of Prince of Wales Road, Chalk Farm, showing proposed and existing building mass with labels on each proposed development, above the urban plan are two elevations running through the site from Malden Road to Queens Crescent and from Prince of Wales Road to Marsden Road. Labels included are "coffee and beer garden", "lower court", "grotto", "Holmes Road", "St. Silas The Martyr", "2-Storey Houses" and "Montague Tibble House". No people are included.
