A blueprint of construction drawings, titled "Development and Welfare in the West Indies". Printed in white ink on blue paper. The blueprint is for Questelles School St Vincent in the West Indies, the blueprint consists of detailed construction drawings of plans, elevation and sections at a scale of 1/8" and 1/2"=1'0". There are two photographs of the site in construction labelled "Greenhart Timber Framing Detail" and "Framing of Leeward Elevation", with three labelled photographs missing.
