A university prospectus, titled "University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Fine Arts". Printed in black and white on thick white paper. The prospectus contains a collection of examples of work from different courses at the university including Architecture, City Planning, Landscape Architecture, Fine Arts, Urban Studies and Architectural Research. There is an in depth explanation of each course accompanied by pictures of models, spaces, people and drawings relating to each course. A letter thanking Cullen for his installments on University of Pennsylvania letterheaded paper is loose inside the book.
