A layout with a sketch and printed text, titled "Townscape". Sketched in black ink and black pencil on trace paper, with black text printed on white paper, mounted onto a thick off white board, patterned tape is used to indicate hatching. The layout is of a sketch of streets and buildings, the sketch has a corresponding text description. Labels included are "Case-Book Precedents" and "1915, Well Hall Estate Eltham". No people are included.
