            Single breasted long wool tweed coat. The tweed is in a black and white twill pattern with a double line of vertical fine red stripes and a horizontal double line of blue stripes. It has a curved collar and wide long lapel and fastens with three buttons. There are tabs on each cuff which fasten with buttons and a deep centre back vent. It is lined in dark red rayon with a large Aquascutum label at the back of the neck with 'By Appointment to the Prince of Wales 1930-1936'. Aquascutum

            Double breasted coat made of sheepskin. The outside is a dark tan suede with the cream sheep wool creating the lining. It fastens at the front with eight large tan leather knot buttons and one extra under the right collar. It has two welted and curved pockets at each hip created by an inside patch of sheepskin sewn through to the front. There are two vents at the back. The collar, lapel, pocket, hem and cuff edges of the coat are bound in light brown leather. The cuffs, collar and lapel turn back to show the cream sheep wool. It has a silver coloured metal chain hanging loop at the back of the neck.

            Grey Burton double breasted belted coat with six plastic buttons and two front welt pockets that allow access to both internal pocket and wearer's own pockets. There is a two piece collar with zig zag stitch detailing and the whole body has top stitching. The shoulders are heavily padded and the two piece sleeves have a seam running down the centre. There is a single back vent with closure button. It is fully lined with quilted top half and loose lining at the hem. There is loose canvas along the button hole.

            Heavy charcoal wool belted double breasted overcoat with wide lapel and collar. It has two large curved patch pockets with flaps and an internal jetted pocket on the right breast. It has six black large plastic buttons and a further two on each of the turn up cuffs. The belt is held in place at the waist with two belt loops and has a black melt buckle. It is half lined in black viscose to the waist.

            Thigh length, parka style jacket in a khaki green fabric. Jacket is front fastening via dark green, plastic buttons on a concealed button placket. The jacket has a high neck when fully buttoned up. A zip that runs the circumference of the collar contains a detachable hood that can be buttoned in place. At the front of the jacket are four, flap pockets; two either side of the chest and two either side of the waist. Button down epaulettes are found at each shoulder.             White polyester cotton laboratory coat with the logo of Yeovil College on the chest patch pocket. Worn when donor was working as a lecturer in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department of the college. Alexandra
