An in-depth volume in two parts on the Acropolis of Athens, this volumes focuses on the enclosure, the entrance, the Temple of Athena Nike and the Propylaea. For each part there is an in-depth description of the subject, along with descriptive drawings, details, plans, sections and construction drawings. At the end of the description there is a comprehensive collection of photographic plates with images linking to the focal subjects and description. Some pictures included are: Views of the city, columns, statutes, ruins, landscapes, hills, homes, rocks and internal and external views of the Temple of Athena Nike and the Propylaea.
