It contains descriptive and critical text, accompanied by original etchings of drawings, scaled elevations, sections and plans of a series of buildings and architectural details. Subjects included: General View and Plan of the Acropolis; Temple of Minerva, called Parthenon and Hecatompedon; Temples of Erechteus, Minerva Polias, and Pandrosus; Theatre of Bacchus; Choragic Monument of Thrasyllus; Propylaea.
