Jean Paul Gaultier launched the Junior Gaultier line in 1988. It was designed as a lower-priced range aimed at the youth market. The Junior Gaultier label was replaced in 1994 with JPG by Gaultier, a unisex collection.

Black nylon bomber jacket with ribbed shawl collar and very wide ribbed waistband. There are belt loops positioned around the top of the rib but the jacket is missing the belt. It has a front zip fastening, two front slash pockets with flaps and popper closures. There are also two internal pockets with popper closures and one zipped pocket on the left sleeve. It has a maroon viscose lining with a large jester motif under the label.
