Short sleeved polyester cycling top designed for the British cycling team at the London 2012 Olympics. It is part of a range designed by Stella McCartney for adidas for Team GB. It has navy raglan sleeves and side panels with 'Great Britain' printed in white down both sides. The front body has a quarter length white zip closure with black adidas plastic puller that continues into the contrasting red collar (complete with small printed red back yoke). The top front and back body is white with a grey graphic circle print and a close up of the union jack flag printed in varying shades of blue. The adidas logo is printed in navy on the right chest, the team GB lion logo features on the left and Great Britain is printed on the back in navy. It has a narrow elasticated ergonomic waistband and rear pocket running the width of the back panel and divided into three compartments.

      The first designer to create uniforms for both the British Olympic and Paralympic Teams, McCartney used graphic elements of the Union Jack flag in varying shades of blue. However, it was criticised for the lack of the colour red; research has shown that wearing red increased athletes' probability of victory. Despite this, Great Britain went on to achieve its best-ever Olympic results since 1908.
