Jean Paul Gaultier launched the Junior Gaultier line in 1988. It was designed as a lower-priced range aimed at the youth market. The Junior Gaultier label was replaced in 1994 with JPG by Gaultier, a unisex collection.

Blue denim jacket with five button front closure, two button pockets at chest and buttons at sleeve wrists. All of the metal buttons are embossed 'Junior Gaultier'. At the throat is an oval shaped copper coloured metal plate attached to each collar point with a removable stud. The back of the jacket is machine embroidered in blue thread with 'Junior Gaultier'.
